## Essential Care

### The basics.

**Do:**
- Turn garments inside out before washing
- Use cold or lukewarm water (30°C max)
- Wash similar colours together
- Use mild liquid detergent
- Air dry in shade

**Don't:**
- Use hot water
- Use bleach or harsh chemicals
- Dry in direct sunlight
- Wring or twist garments
- Use fabric softeners

## Washing Guidelines

### Treat it right.

### 01 — Machine Washing

- Temperature: Cold / 30°C
- Cycle: Gentle / Delicate
- Spin: Medium (800 rpm max)
- Load: Don't overcrowd
- Use mild liquid detergent

### 02 — Hand Washing

- Use clean basin with cold water
- Dissolve detergent first
- Gentle hand movements only
- Light squeezing, no wringing
- Brief soaking (5-10 minutes)

### 03 — Drying

- Air dry on padded hanger
- Avoid direct sunlight
- Indoor drying preferred
- If tumble drying: low heat only
- Remove promptly, don't over-dry

## Stain Management

### Act fast.

Blot immediately — never rub. Use cold water and work from the outside in.

For food stains, rinse with cold water then apply mild soap.

For oil stains, absorb excess, apply cornstarch for 15 minutes, brush off, then wash normally.

For beverage stains, rinse immediately with cold water.

## Storage

### Keep it pristine.

Use wooden or padded hangers. Allow breathing space between garments.

Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources.

For long-term storage, clean garments thoroughly, ensure they're fully dry, use cotton bags (never plastic), and include cedar blocks for protection.
