• Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from confirmation
• Delivery Time: Typically 2-5 business days, depending on your location

Note: Business days refer to Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your cart value and chosen shipping method.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST)
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Domestic Shipping

We deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes.

International Shipping

6. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We will not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If an address correction is required after an order is placed, contact us immediately. Address changes post-dispatch may incur additional charges.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be provided via email or SMS. You can monitor your shipment status using the provided tracking link.

8. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

• Natural calamities, strikes, or transportation disruptions
• Peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues

9. Signature & Receipt

• A signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your package
• If you are unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery or leave instructions for pick-up at a designated location

10. Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing hello@boringlabel.com with the following:
  • Order number
  • Photos of the packaging and items
  • Description of the issue

We will investigate and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or repair. Items damaged during transit will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

11. Cancellation & Modifications

Orders can be canceled or modified only if they have not been dispatched. Refer to our Order Cancellation Policy for further details.

12. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons within your control (e.g., unavailability at the address or refusal to accept), re-shipping charges may apply. Orders unclaimed for more than 7 days may be canceled, and refunds will be issued as per our Refund Policy.

We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
