Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can cancel orders placed on BoringLabel.com. We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel an order, and we aim to make this process as smooth as possible.

Cancellation Eligibility

Orders can be cancelled if the order has not been shipped, the cancellation request is properly submitted, and the order is not marked as non-cancellable. Non-cancellable orders include: orders that have been shipped, custom or personalized orders, special production orders, flash sale items marked as non-cancellable, and orders in the final packaging stage.

Order Status Definitions

Cancellable statuses: Order Placed, Payment Confirmed, Order Confirmed, Processing, Quality Check Pending.

Non-cancellable statuses: Packaging, Shipped, Out for Delivery, Delivered, Return Requested, Returned.

How to Cancel

Visit your account dashboard, locate the order, click 'Cancel Order' if available, select your cancellation reason, and submit. Alternatively, email [email protected] with your order number and cancellation reason.

Required information: order number, customer name, registered email address, contact number, reason for cancellation, and items to be cancelled for partial cancellations.

Cancellation Timing

Same-day cancellation is available before 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next day. Weekend orders are processed on the next business day. Processing times may vary during peak seasons.

Refund Process

For cancelled orders: full refund if not shipped, using the original payment method. Processing times: Credit/Debit Card 5-7 business days, Net Banking 3-5 business days, UPI 1-3 business days, Wallet 24-48 hours.

Partial cancellations are allowed if individual items are not packed, the order is not in shipping, items are separable, and minimum order value is maintained.

Special Cases

For bulk orders, individual item cancellation and quantity reduction are allowed but discount terms may change. For gift orders, the sender must request cancellation. For pre-orders, full cancellation is allowed with no fees and immediate refund processing.

Technical Issues

If experiencing technical issues with cancellation, contact customer service immediately, document error messages, note confirmation numbers, and maintain an email trail. If cancellation fails, email [email protected] immediately.
