These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BoringLabel.com and its related services operated by Royal Textiles, a proprietary firm registered under the laws of Maharashtra, India. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Colours may vary slightly due to display settings. Measurements may have slight variations due to manufacturing processes.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and may refuse service to anyone for any legitimate reason.

We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI payments, net banking, and other authorised payment methods. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted. We do not store complete payment information. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors.

We ship within India. Delivery times are estimates only. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. You must provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery.

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy. Key points: 7-day return window from delivery date, products must be unused with original tags, sealed packages must remain unopened, no returns on used, stained, or washed items.

We own all rights to website content, trademarks and logos, product designs, marketing materials, and technology. We grant you a limited licence to access our website, make purchases, and use our services as intended.

You may not copy or reproduce our content, modify or create derivative works, use our intellectual property without permission, scrape or data mine our website, or reverse engineer our technology.

By submitting content (reviews, photos, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it, confirm you have the right to share it, and accept responsibility for its accuracy. You may not submit content that is illegal, harassing, discriminatory, false, misleading, or harmful.

We provide our Services 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question, direct damages only, and claims arising within one year. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, technical failures beyond our control, or third-party actions.

We may terminate or suspend your account, restrict access to our Services, remove your content, or take legal action if necessary. You may close your account at any time, stop using our Services, or request data deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
