Refund Policy

At BoringLabel.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and requirements for returns and refunds.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in its original packaging with seal unbroken, unworn and unwashed, free from stains, odors, or damage, with original tags and labels attached, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Non-refundable items include: used or worn garments, washed or cleaned items, items with broken seals or removed tags, items with stains, damage, or alterations, intimate wear, items marked as 'Final Sale', and customized items.

Product seal must be intact and unbroken. All original tags must be attached. Security tags must be untampered. Product packaging must be undamaged. All accessories must be included. Items must be completely unused, free from wear marks, stains, discoloration, odors, pet hair, and alterations.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, report within 24 hours of delivery, provide clear photos, keep original packaging, and do not attempt to wash or repair. Full refund or replacement will be provided. Same applies for wrong items received.

Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, photos of the item in original condition, and preferred refund method. Wait for return authorization and follow provided instructions.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Use a tracked shipping method, package items securely, include the return authorization number, and keep proof of shipping.

For approved returns: original payment method will be refunded. Processing takes 5-7 business days plus payment gateway processing time. Shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refunded.

Partial refunds may be issued when items show signs of use, components are missing, original packaging is damaged, or return notification is delayed.

Available within the return period, subject to stock availability. Original condition required. Shipping costs may apply and price differences will be adjusted.

Valid for 1 year, transferable, no cash value, applicable to full-price items, and cannot be combined with other offers.

If a return is rejected, photo documentation and a written explanation will be provided. An appeal process is available with third-party verification and customer service mediation options.
