1. General Information

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through BoringLabel.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined herein. We aim to deliver your orders efficiently while ensuring clarity and transparency regarding the shipping process.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

Standard Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days from confirmation. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Express Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Business days refer to Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Fees

Cart total ₹1,000 – ₹1,999: Standard ₹150, Express ₹250. Cart total ₹2,000 – ₹2,999: Standard ₹100, Express ₹150. Cart total ₹3,000 and above: Free standard and express shipping.

Fees are automatically applied during checkout based on the cart total and selected shipping method.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Delivery Locations

Domestic Shipping: We deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes.

International Shipping: Currently unavailable. For specific queries, contact [email protected].

6. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We will not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If an address correction is required after an order is placed, contact us immediately. Address changes post-dispatch may incur additional charges.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be provided via email or SMS. You can monitor your shipment status using the provided tracking link.

8. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to natural calamities, strikes, transportation disruptions, peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues.

9. Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number, photos of the packaging and items, and a description of the issue.

We will investigate and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or repair. Items damaged during transit will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Cancellation & Failed Deliveries

Orders can be cancelled or modified only if they have not been dispatched. Refer to our Order Cancellation Policy for further details.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons within your control (e.g., unavailability or refusal to accept), re-shipping charges may apply. Orders unclaimed for more than 7 days may be cancelled, and refunds will be issued as per our Refund Policy.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, transportation strikes, logistical disruptions, regulatory changes, or government actions. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and take reasonable steps to minimise delays.
